Technical Consultant to the State in cooperation with a large European Firm
Design Review and Evaluation
Determination of any necessary additional Studies
Preparation of the Tender Documents including the Concession Agreement
Technical Evaluation of Bidders
Determination of the Operation and Maintenance Procedures
